The vertical multi-layer steaming and roasting pan is a cylindrical processing equipment composed of a pan body, steam pipes, stirring device, transmission device, and automatic feed door. It is designed to convert raw embryos (after flaking) into mature embryos through moistening and steaming/roasting processes, meeting the requirements of subsequent oil pressing or solvent extraction.
This equipment can also function as a softening pan: by softening oilseeds, it improves flaking quality, thereby increasing oil yield and enhancing the quality of crude oil. As an essential pre-treatment device for vegetable oil plants, it plays a critical role in preparing oilseeds for efficient oil extraction.
