      油脂和吸附剂从脱色塔上部或上侧部进入脱色塔混合，借助蒸汽搅拌或机械搅拌,吸附剂与油充分均匀混合，滞留时间20-25min，在吸附剂吸附作用下，油脂中色素被吸附脱除，脱色油和吸附了色素的吸附剂混合物从塔底出来，进入过滤设备，构成连续脱色。
